Shipping Policy

Ombré Luna makes every effort to process your order quickly and carefully. We aim to ship your package within 5 business days of receiving payment. We deliver within Belgium and the rest of Europe. You can track your order using the tracking number you received by email.

Would you like to use our candles for a special occasion, such as a wedding, baptism, communion, or other celebration? Large or special orders require some extra preparation time. Therefore, we recommend placing your order a few weeks in advance .

For custom-made products, the average delivery time is 10 to 15 working days.

Return period:
Ombré Luna customers have the option to return their purchase within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that the return must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

Return Policy:
The condition for returns is that the products are unused and returned in their original packaging. Orders that have been customized specifically for you—for example, through customization or a chosen color variation—are excluded from this return policy, as these products are personalized.

Ombré Luna also does not offer refunds for items purchased on sale.
