Returns Policy

Return period of 14 days
You have the option to return items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Please note that personalized orders – such as candles with a specific scent or color of your choice – cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect delivery
If your order is damaged or contains an error upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos. We will assess the situation and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Complaints handling
Not satisfied with your order or our service? Please report this within 7 days , including your order number and a description of the problem. We aim to resolve complaints within 5 business days .

Quality and warranty
Our candles are handmade and thoroughly inspected before shipping. We guarantee that they match the product description. Any manufacturing defects within the warranty period (return period) will be resolved free of charge.

Limitation of liability
Ombré Luna cannot be held liable for damage caused by improper use or lack of maintenance. Always follow the included burning instructions.

Belgium: Free shipping on orders over €100 - €6.75 on orders under €100.

You can track your order using the tracking number you received by email.

The condition for returns is that the products are unused and returned in their original packaging. Orders that have been customized specifically for you—for example, through customization or a chosen color variation—are excluded from this return policy, as these products are personalized.

Ombré Luna also does not offer refunds for items purchased on sale.
