Belgium, Netherlands, France: your order will be delivered within 7 working days after payment.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external circumstances.

Belgium: Free shipping on orders over €100 - €6.75 on orders under €100.

You can track your order using the tracking number you received by email.

Want to return your order? Please email ombreluna.candles@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Return period:
Ombré Luna customers have the option to return their purchase within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that the return must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.

Return Policy:
The condition for returns is that the products are unused and returned in their original packaging. Orders that have been customized specifically for you—for example, through customization or a chosen color variation—are excluded from this return policy, as these products are personalized.

Ombré Luna also does not offer refunds for items purchased on sale.

You will find your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order.
